CranioSacral therapy can be an important tool throughout our life, as our bodies hold stress and tension of our life’s experiences. The tensions may come from accidents, trauma, illness, surgery, or stress among other events. Our bodies will hold these tensions within our nervous system, muscles, and connective tissue.
Until it can’t.
At that point, our bodies become unbalanced and may show symptoms such as migraines, headaches, back/neck pain, anxiety, sleep difficulties, depression, irritability, digestive difficulties, TMJ, and more. It’s our body’s way of letting us know it needs support.
