The Red Cocoon Fitness Pods use a combination of dry heat convection + Infrared, 6 Red LED lights, vibration massage, Himalayan salt and aromatherapy to help promote relaxation, detoxing effects, pain management, metabolism boost, weight loss and management, and so much more. When purchasing your Sauna Pod Package you will now be given the option for a Classic or Deluxe Package;

The SculptLight has been known to help with pain relief in certain areas and helps target excessive weight problem areas in conjunction with diet and exercise, such as the abdomen, chin, upper arms, thighs and buttocks. For optimal results, we recommend a series of 8 sessions per target area. Each SculptLight session includes a 30 minute Sauna Cocoon Pod session.
